Terms of engagement
These terms apply to the use of this website and to reviews requested from Broker Pulse Grid. By using the site or sending a request you accept them. If you cannot accept them, do not request a review.
Who we are

We write source registers, concentration notes, leakage notes, and partner meeting files from records you supply. We are not a licensed insurance broker, financial adviser, advocate, or auditor.
The site
Pages describe the reviews we currently take on. Starting prices are indications. A binding fee exists only in a written quote we send after an intake conversation. Nothing on the site is an offer to the public at a fixed price, and nothing is professional advice on a named client file you have not given us.
Requests and engagement
A note sent through the contact form is a request, not a contract. We decide whether we can take the book. An engagement begins when both sides have a written scope, window, fee, and on-site dates. You must have authority to show us appointment books, commission statements, and introducer letters. You remain responsible for telling staff we are coming and for any duty of confidentiality you owe your own clients and introducers.
Your records
You warrant that you may lawfully let us read the records for the purpose of the review. We do not take original files off site without a signed receipt. Copies and working papers we create belong to the engagement; we may retain a copy as described in the privacy note for as long as we need it to finish the register, answer a fee question, or meet a legal duty.
Intellectual property
The website’s text, layout, and mark belong to Broker Pulse Grid. You may not copy the site to pass off as your own. The source register and working papers we deliver for a paid engagement are licensed to your firm for internal use, including partner meetings. You may not resell them or present them as a licensed audit opinion. We retain the right to reuse methods, checklists, and anonymised examples that do not identify your introducers.
No substitute opinions
A register is a reading of the books you showed us. It is not a statutory audit, not tax advice, not a legal opinion on an introducer letter, and not a recommendation to terminate a person or a partner. Decisions after the findings meeting are yours.
Liability
We take care with coding. We do not accept liability for loss arising from incomplete diaries, withheld statements, or decisions you take after the meeting. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that burdens the host. Content is provided as seen. We may change pages without notice. Forms on this site send a mock acknowledgement for demonstration of the request path; a live engagement is confirmed by email from info@broker-pulsegrid.digital.
Governing law
These terms and any engagement with Broker Pulse Grid are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, with Selangor as the preferred venue where a venue must be chosen.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The version on this page at the time you send a request applies to that request, unless a later signed scope says otherwise.
