A source review is not a remote reading of last year’s production report. The origin of a referred case still lives in handwriting, receptionist notes, and the person who took the call. This page is the week as it actually runs in Selangor.

Before we drive

Staff are told. The ring file is out. Finance has started the statements.

After the intake call we send a one-page request: appointment books or the calendar you already use, twelve months of commission statements, current introducer letters, and a list of partner desks you still consider active. Surprise visits make people hide books. We will not arrive unannounced.

If statements live with a bureau in another township, start that request when you write to us. Two working days is enough for our first reply. It is not enough for another office to find a password.

The two days

Coding happens where the handwriting is.

  1. Morning with the diary

    We sit with the person who still writes the source, not only with the principal. Margin names are copied before anyone opens a production report. Broker and partner referral analytics that starts from the report will baptise every gap as a house account.

  2. Afternoon with statements

    Courtesy lines and production credits are laid next to the diary list. Double credits stay double until the principal chooses. Originals do not leave the building without a signed receipt.

  3. Working papers in Cheras

    The register is assembled at 3010-2 & 3 8th Mile, Cheras,Kajang,Selangor,43200,Malaysia. Clusters of introducers who share a family or a clerk are noted. Sensitive names can be coded under a private key for the principal’s copy.

  4. Findings meeting

    Up to two hours, door closed if needed. We walk the register. You decide who to keep, thin, or call in. We do not telephone your partners unless you ask us to sit in.

Geography

Selangor first. City meetings when the book is still in Kajang.

On-site days are quoted for offices we can reach from Cheras without turning the review into a travel story: Kajang, Ampang, Petaling Jaya, and the rest of the Klang Valley by agreement. A partner sit-down in the city can use a working file built from a suburban cabinet.
