A Cheras motor book with thirty named introducers is not the same engagement as a mixed commercial office whose diaries still live in two buildings. We quote after the intake call. The figures below are starting points so a principal can decide whether to write at all.
Partner referral source review
From RM 8,400Twelve months, one legal entity, two on-site days, register, and findings meeting. The quote rises with a second year, a second office, or paper that has not been touched since a merger of diaries.
Introducer concentration mapping
From RM 4,600Usually after a source review, or on a book whose names are already clean. One cluster note, not a full register. If we have to name the sources first, we will say so and quote the flagship instead.
Courtesy-fee and leakage review
From RM 5,200Needs a complete year of commission statements. If finance cannot produce them, we wait; we do not guess courtesy lines from memory.
Partner meeting working file
From RM 2,800One named relationship, aliases included, stapled file before a dated meeting. A short window is possible; the cover will say what three months cannot show.
Extra on-site days are quoted per day after we have seen the cabinets. Travel inside Selangor is included. A findings meeting in the city, fed by a Kajang book, is still the same engagement.
These are not monthly plans. There is no annual discount for ‘keeping us on’. If you want the register refreshed next year, that is a new review with a new window.
