The work
Partner meeting working file
A slim file you can take into a renegotiation: twelve months of that partner’s referred placements, losses, and the letter you are currently honouring.
Some offices do not need a whole-firm source register. They need next Thursday’s meeting with one partner desk to stop being a recitation of last year’s goodwill. A working file is built around a single relationship: what they sent, what bound, what the current letter actually says, and three questions the principal may want to ask.
We still need access to the relevant diaries and statements, but the coding is limited to that name and any aliases we find (staff often spell the same introducer three ways). You leave with a stapled file, not a lecture. If the meeting is in KLCC and your books are in Kajang, say so on the request; we will work from copies.
