The work

Introducer concentration mapping

A map of how much of last year’s placed book sat with too few partner names — and what happens to the office if one of those names goes quiet.

A Cheras motor book that looks busy can still be three workshops and a brother-in-law. When one workshop changes its panel, the month falls over. Concentration mapping takes the same records used in a source review and groups introducers who share a building, a family, or a single accounts clerk, so the ‘ten partners’ on a slide become the three clusters they really are.

We ask for the same diaries and commission files. The deliverable is a short concentration note: share of placed premium or fee by cluster, overlap of personnel, and a plain-language comment on what a quiet quarter from the largest cluster would do to the desk. We do not tell you to fire anyone. We do say when two ‘separate’ introducer codes are the same person signing in different ink.
