Prepare the commission statements before we arrive in Cheras

1 July 2025 · Broker Pulse Grid, Cheras

Hands typing a letter on a white desk next to stacked papers

Our document list is short on purpose. We would rather have a complete year of commission statements, the current introducer ring file, and the appointment books than a perfect export of every quotation. The statements are how courtesy and production credits become visible. Without them we can still code the diaries; we cannot finish a leakage note.

If statements live with a service bureau or a related company in Puchong, start that request when you write to us, not the day before we drive to 8th Mile. Two working days is enough for us to reply to your first note. It is not enough for another office to find a password.

Paper statements are fine. We photograph working pages with a receipt log and we do not take originals unless you sign them out. If the only copy is a binder that cannot leave the locked cabinet, we will work standing at that cabinet. Tell us that on the intake call so we do not reserve a meeting room you do not need.

What we can wait for: older years beyond the agreed window, and marketing flyers from partner desks. What we cannot usefully start without: the year under review, and someone on site who can read the handwriting in the diaries.

Put the pack on one trolley or in one shared folder with boring names: ‘statements 2025’, ‘letters current’, ‘diaries’. Clever folder names slow the first morning. The review is already going to ask enough of your staff.
